Terms of Enrollment

These terms apply to every PMCOE cohort enrolment. Last updated 2 June 2026.

These Terms of Enrollment govern your registration in any PMCOE LLC course or cohort. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you accept these terms.

Enrolment and payment

Your place in a cohort is confirmed once payment is received. Course fees are quoted in US dollars and are due in full at enrolment.

Course access

Access to the online learning platform opens two calendar days before your cohort's start date and remains available for three months from that start date. If you need longer, access beyond the three-month window can be extended for an additional extension fee — contact us before your access expires.

Course delivery, changes, and availability

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular cohort, class, or start date — cohorts may fill, be rescheduled, combined, or withdrawn. We do not guarantee that any specific instructor will be assigned to your cohort. Course length, schedule, and session timing are indicative and may change at our discretion. Where we make a material change to a cohort in which you are enrolled, the cancellation policy below applies.

Cancellation policy

The course fee is non-refundable. For any cancellation you make, we will provide you with a credit voucher that will allow you to enroll in a future course date. The credit voucher is valid for 12 months. If PMCOE cancels or reschedules a cohort, you may choose either a full refund or a 12-month credit voucher.

Transfers and rescheduling

If you cannot attend your cohort, contact us before it begins and we will do our best to move you to a later one, subject to availability. One transfer is normally accommodated at no charge; repeated transfers may incur an administrative fee.

Attendance and contact hours

PMI Authorized courses carry a required number of contact hours. To have those hours filed with PMI — and to qualify to sit the corresponding PMI exam — you must attend the live sessions.

No guarantee of exam results

PMCOE does not offer any pass guarantee. We prepare you thoroughly, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any PMI examination or obtain any credential. Exam results depend on your own preparation and on PMI's assessment.

Practice questions and study materials

Practice questions, sample exams, and other study aids are provided to support your preparation only. We do not guarantee or warrant their accuracy, completeness, or currency, and we make no representation that they match, predict, or resemble the questions, wording, format, or difficulty of any PMI examination. PMI is the sole source and authority for its exams; our practice materials are prepared independently and are not drawn from PMI's exam content.

Course materials

Course materials are provided for your personal study only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them. The materials remain the property of PMCOE or its licensors.

Code of conduct

We expect all participants to engage respectfully with instructors and classmates. PMCOE may remove a participant who is disruptive or who breaches these terms, without refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
