Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 June 2026. PMCOE LLC, 1606 Headway Cir, Ste. 9447, Austin, TX 78754, United States.
PMCOE LLC, doing business as Project Management Centre of Excellence ("PMCOE", "we", "us"), operates pm-coe.com and provides project-management training as a PMI Authorized Training Partner. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our site or enrolling in a course, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request information, or enrol, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, employer (where relevant), and the course you are interested in. When you pay, our payment processor collects your payment details; we never see or store full card numbers. When you take a course, we record your attendance and completion so we can issue your certificate and file your contact hours with PMI.
We also collect basic technical data automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and enrol you in a cohort.
- To deliver the training, grant access to the learning platform, and issue certificates.
- To file the required contact-hour record with PMI when you complete a PMI Authorized course.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To send you information about your course and, where you have agreed, occasional updates about other PMCOE programs.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver our services:
- PMI — when you complete a PMI Authorized course, we report your contact hours to the Project Management Institute, as required by our Authorized Training Partner agreement.
- Service providers — payment processors, our learning platform, and the email and scheduling tools that operate on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal — when required by law or regulation, or to protect our rights.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; if you do, some features of the site may not work as well.
Data retention
We keep enrolment and completion records for as long as needed to support your credential, meet PMI's requirements, and satisfy tax and legal obligations. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond to you and follow up.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal record. This covers the personal information we hold about you; it does not include course materials or courseware, or continued access to the learning management system, which are governed by your enrolment terms. Email enrollment@pm-coe.com and we will respond. Please note that we may need to retain certain records — such as a completion record already filed with PMI — where law or PMI's rules require it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you entrust to us.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for working professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and any material changes will be posted on this page.

Terms of Service
Last updated 2 June 2026. By using pm-coe.com you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pm-coe.com and the services offered by PMCOE LLC, doing business as Project Management Centre of Excellence ("PMCOE", "we", "us"). By accessing the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
PMCOE LLC is a project-management training provider and a PMI Authorized Training Partner. "PMI" refers to the Project Management Institute. PMCOE is independent of PMI except for its Authorized Training Partner status; PMI's certifications, examinations, and credentials are governed by PMI's own terms, not ours.
Use of the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or copy its content except as permitted below.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute our content commercially without written permission. Course materials provided to enrolled students are licensed for personal study only.

The site may link to third-party websites we do not control; we are not responsible for their content. "PMI", "PMP", "CAPM", "PMI-ACP", and related marks are trademarks of the Project Management Institute, used here to describe the courses we deliver under our Authorized Training Partner agreement.

No guarantee of exam results
PMCOE prepares you thoroughly, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any PMI examination or obtain any credential. Exam outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own preparation and PMI's assessment.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMCOE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.

Terms of Enrollment
These terms apply to every PMCOE cohort enrolment. Last updated 2 June 2026.
These Terms of Enrollment govern your registration in any PMCOE LLC course or cohort. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you accept these terms.
Enrolment and payment
Your place in a cohort is confirmed once payment is received. Course fees are quoted in US dollars and are due in full at enrolment.
Course access
Access to the online learning platform opens two calendar days before your cohort's start date and remains available for three months from that start date. If you need longer, access beyond the three-month window can be extended for an additional extension fee — contact us before your access expires.
Course delivery, changes, and availability
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular cohort, class, or start date — cohorts may fill, be rescheduled, combined, or withdrawn. We do not guarantee that any specific instructor will be assigned to your cohort. Course length, schedule, and session timing are indicative and may change at our discretion. Where we make a material change to a cohort in which you are enrolled, the cancellation policy below applies.
Cancellation policy
The course fee is non-refundable. For any cancellation you make, we will provide you with a credit voucher that will allow you to enroll in a future course date. The credit voucher is valid for 12 months. If PMCOE cancels or reschedules a cohort, you may choose either a full refund or a 12-month credit voucher.
Transfers and rescheduling
If you cannot attend your cohort, contact us before it begins and we will do our best to move you to a later one, subject to availability. One transfer is normally accommodated at no charge; repeated transfers may incur an administrative fee.
Attendance and contact hours
PMI Authorized courses carry a required number of contact hours. To have those hours filed with PMI — and to qualify to sit the corresponding PMI exam — you must attend the live sessions.
No guarantee of exam results
PMCOE does not offer any pass guarantee. We prepare you thoroughly, but we do not guarantee that you will pass any PMI examination or obtain any credential. Exam results depend on your own preparation and on PMI's assessment.
Practice questions and study materials
Practice questions, sample exams, and other study aids are provided to support your preparation only. We do not guarantee or warrant their accuracy, completeness, or currency, and we make no representation that they match, predict, or resemble the questions, wording, format, or difficulty of any PMI examination. PMI is the sole source and authority for its exams; our practice materials are prepared independently and are not drawn from PMI's exam content.
Course materials
Course materials are provided for your personal study only. You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute them. The materials remain the property of PMCOE or its licensors.
Code of conduct
We expect all participants to engage respectfully with instructors and classmates. PMCOE may remove a participant who is disruptive or who breaches these terms, without refund.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
