Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM®)

The DASSM® course teaches experienced practitioners to use the Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit. You learn to optimize how teams work and to coordinate with allies across the organization. Then you tackle a range of advanced problems. This 14-PDU program requires DASM® as a prerequisite. Therefore you should hold DASM® before you enroll. The course prepares you for the DASSM exam and for a leadership role. As a result, your team gains someone ready for senior agile work.
